June Schedule Update. Visiting Corona & San Diego

If you're looking for the May schedule, please click here. In short, we will be having conditioning practices on Sundays for the rest of May in Bellflower, 2-6 pm including the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend. Sensei AnnMaria and Sensei Blinky will be there.


JUNE 2ND, SUNDAY 1:30 - 5:30 PM - Gracie Barra Corona, 280 Teller St, Corona (duh) Sensei Gary Butts and Sensei AnnMaria will be there along with the fine staff from Gracie Barra. Note we will be starting half an hour earlier than usual.

June 9th  Bellflower (see address above), technical work out with Sensei Blinky, 2-6 pm..

June 16th  Bellflower (see address above), private/ semi-private lessons with with Sensei Blinky. Contact him to schedule

Now, on to June. I apologize for not having the June schedule up sooner but we had originally planned on visiting Gracie Barra in Corona on June 16th and then we realized that was Father's Day which just would not work for a lot of people.

So, we re-scheduled to
