No practice January 29 and 30; Practice February 5 and 6.

Most of us will be either at the Gracie Nationals(LA Convention Center) or the San Fernando Kohaku tournament January 29 and 30. Regular practice will resume February 5th @ 2PM, but practice will be from 10am-1pm Super Bowl Sunday, February 6.

Sunday january 16 practice is cancel. We will be competing at Mojica's judo tournament or grapplerx .

As far as I know, Richard (Blinky) Elizalde will also be there.

If you've made a New Year's resolution to be getting to the training center or just to be getting in more hours of practice, well, show your over-fed, holiday 10 pounds self up at 3 p.m.

It was nice to see all of you in San Diego this week, by the way. We didn't get a chance to do as much randori as I would like to have seen, so maybe we can get a few extra rounds in on Sunday.

Ronda won't be here because she is supposed to be resting and cutting weight before her fight in Las Vegas on January 7. She works at 24 Hour Fitness on the graveyard shift on weekends and since everyone shows up right after making their New Year's resolution to get in shape, she is going to be putting in the hours this weekend.
