Short practice on Saturday, May 28

There will only be a 2 hour practice this Saturday from 3-5 PM. NO Sunday practice. Many of us will be competing at the Cal State Judo Championships this weekend. Dominate!

Knowledge wins!

7 competitors from the West Coast Invitational/Speed Harada Judo tournament decided to head to practice after the tournament yesterday.  Over half of those competitors placed 1st and all placed at least 3rd.  Additionally, there were also 8 others(for a total of 15) who were at the West Coast Judo Training Center training and/or teaching yesterday from 3-6pm.  Ask yourself, what do I do after a tournament?
Anyways, there will be practice this Saturday and Sunday, May 21 and 22.  Let's get ready for the California State Championships  at the end of this month!

Practice on Saturday and Sunday, May 14 and May 15

A few of us will be competing at the West Coast Invitational/Speed Harada Judo Tournament this Sunday, but will still head to practice afterwards. Are you hungry for knowledge or are you hungry for Hometown Buffet?

No practice May 7th and 8th, but...
