There will only be practice on Saturday the 18th @ Millennia MMA in Rancho Cucamonga from 2pm-6pm. Heavy emphasis on ground work, light practice. No practice on Sunday due to a majority of team members competing in the Pan Kids in Carson. Good luck all.
