Practice will be held from 2pm-6pm at Millennia MMA.
I will be there teaching matwork drills! Can you take the excitement?
Also, we are collecting clothes for MMA for the Homeless. I will be dropping everything off on October 13. If you have any clothes to donate - of any size, there are homeless children, too - please bring to practice.
